Dave has recently retired from 29 years of service in public education.  13 of those years were in California, and the last 16 years have been in Denton County.  Real estate is a bit of a return to his roots.  Dave worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Stockton, CA as a "Personal Banking Officer" specializing in home loans before starting his teaching career.  Whether it was with a home loan, long division, or finding your forever home, Dave enjoys helping people learn and achieve their dreams.

Dave was born and raised in Reno, Nevada.  He attended business school at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.  He married his wife (and real estate partner) of 22 years in 2001, and together Wendy and Dave have raised two boys right here in North Texas.  In addition to spending time with his family, Dave enjoys golf, movies, poker night, neighborhood get togethers, and most recently, pickle ball (sport of the future).
